After a decade of crafting Pinot Noir from across Sonoma’s AVAs, I became deeply drawn to the singular character of West Sonoma’s finest vineyards. Vintage after vintage, these sites speak with clarity; vividly expressing their terroir, more resilient to vintage variation, even when the pendulum swung wildly.

While these Sonoma “Grand Cru” vineyards are often, and deservedly, celebrated as single-site bottlings, past work blending Pinot Noir cuvées from multiple sites continued to intrigue me.

Sourcing from these extraordinary sites, I seek to create a wine that captures the power, finesse, and untamed spirit of the Sonoma Coast. A harmonious expression greater than any one vineyard alone.

Each vintage is an evolution—shaped by experience, camaraderie, and the pursuit of continuous refinement.
