FieldPoint was founded on three simple ideas: to make wine alongside family, to craft Pinot Noir from vineyards farmed by friends and trusted growers in Sonoma, and to create wines that reflect authenticity—of place, of people, and of purpose.

My winemaking journey began in Missouri, carried me through Virginia, and ultimately led me to California. Along the way, I had the privilege of learning from mentors such as Paul Hobbs, Lucie Morton, and Dr. Anthony Peccoux—each shaped how I approach viticulture, craft, and connection.

After more than a decade of making wine across Sonoma, I became captivated by Pinot Noir. Even as life brought me to Napa, my connection to Sonoma’s vineyards and growers remained strong. FieldPoint was born from a desire to keep working with those people and places—sourcing fruit from exceptional sites and blending across appellations to highlight the nuance and balance that define Sonoma Pinot Noir.

Each vintage is an evolution—shaped by experience, friendship, and the pursuit of continuous refinement. With the support of family and friends, FieldPoint Pinot Noir came to life with the 2024 harvest.
